PhakisaWorld Fleet Solutions is a company borne out of a marriage between Avis Fleet Services and Phakisa Fleet Solutions on behalf of Barloworld automotive.

This special purpose vehicle was established out of the need to pool the resources of two diversified groups with a proud heritage and shared vision in the fleet management markets.
Each with unique competitive solutions, the pooling of which will harness the collective skills and competencies in the group to the benefit of our customers. PhakisaWorld Fleet Solutions is backed by industry leader Avis Fleet Services and BEE operator Phakisa Fleet Solutions. PhakisaWorld Fleet Solutions provides comprehensive fleet management service to our clients with vehicle and equipment operations of all sizes and composition.

Why the Marriage ?
• The basis for the union is borne out of the need for Avis Fleet Services to grow in government fleets and the fact that Phakisa Fleet Solutions, being a BEE operator, is a relative newcomer in the fleet market which will benefit from skills transfer.
• Each party will contribute to the management of this company and will pool the resources, manpower and skills base in the day to day operations of PhakisaWorld Fleet Solutions.
